Two things make or break an Asheville apartment, condo, or downtown loft move: a spot for the truck and the building’s paperwork squared away ahead of time. We settle both before a crew rolls up, so the day is about moving rather than talking your way past the front desk.

What’s bundled into the rate
Inside the rate are the truck, fuel, blankets, dollies, straps, and wrapping on every item; anything needing disassembly comes apart during the load and goes back together in the new unit.

Flat or hourly, you keep the lower
An apartment can run flat-band or hourly, the hourly side $130/hr for two movers on a three-hour minimum. We tally both figures and you pay the smaller.
How we clear your building
- File the COI Becca lodges your tower’s Certificate of Insurance with management ahead of the day.
- Book the elevator Hannah locks down the reserved freight-elevator window so the crew never idles in the lobby.
- Confirm access The loading zone and dock rules are cleared against whatever the building enforces.
- Plan the route Travis shapes the day around the 240 connector, the narrow downtown loading zones, and the tighter River Arts mill lots.
No standoff at the desk
Show up with no COI, as the cut-rate outfits routinely do, and the desk sends you away while a whole day burns off. Because the building’s paperwork is already handled on our end, the day comes down to one thing: the move itself.
